Attendees will engage with presenter, Ian McGowan, who will build on the knowledge and experience gained from participation in a Move to Learn Workshop..  The workshop will focus on:
  • Introduction to Bilateral Integration Movements
  • Assessment test battery
  • Video Case Studies
  • How to combine bilateral exercises with “10 Gems for the Brain”

International Presenter, Ian McGowan will be delivering this 2 day training event providing tennis coaches with the following:
  • Understanding of and practical experience in using the test battery to assess the status of bilateral integration;
  • Experience in the use of a programme of bilateral integration exercises;
  • Case studies of the implementation of bilateral integration exercises in tennis coaching programmes.
